As a Job Captain with Ismael Leyva Architects,NY I was responsible for developing Project Documents starting from Schematic, Design Development to 100% Construction Drawings phase including feasibility studies, layout of units varying from 2 BR+2.5 BATH to 5 BR+6.5 BATH with amenities for residents; preparing AG (Attorney General) Plans; detailed Bathroom and Kitchen drawing package and interior design packages.
